Introduction

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between CampusIRIS and the educational institution or individual using the platform. By accessing or using CampusIRIS, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be authorized representatives of registered educational institutions and at least 18 years old.

2. Account Registration & Access

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Protect account credentials
  • Each user requires unique login access
  • Subscription access is limited by your plan

3. Subscription & Payments

Annual subscription model
INR pricing + applicable GST
Advance payment required
Auto-renewal unless canceled
Non-refundable except limited cases
Free trials subject to separate terms

4. Data Ownership

All institutional data belongs entirely to your institution.

  • CampusIRIS acts only as data processor
  • No ownership claim over institutional data
  • Data exports available on request
  • Data retained 60 days after termination for export

5. Acceptable Use

Misrepresentation
Unlawful content
Security circumvention
Reverse engineering
Resale or sublicensing
System abuse or scraping
Data harvesting
Violation of applicable laws

6. Service Obligations

99.5% target uptime
Email and helpdesk support
Priority support for Growth & Enterprise
Implementation within 14 business days
Continuous platform updates

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, technical, pricing and student-related information exchanged under this agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • CampusIRIS retains ownership of platform and software
  • Subscription grants limited license for institutional use
  • Feedback may be used by CampusIRIS
  • Brand assets may not be used without consent

9. Suspension & Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, subject to applicable law and stated exceptions.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • 30-day good faith informal resolution first
  • Governed by laws of India
  • Exclusive Indian jurisdiction
  • Arbitration available for eligible disputes
