We establish transparent governance parameters concerning subscription access, payment obligations, system uptime targets, and acceptable platform conduct. By utilizing our education ERP platform, your institution agrees to adhere to these binding guidelines.
Introduction
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between CampusIRIS and the educational institution or individual using the platform. By accessing or using CampusIRIS, you agree to these Terms. Please read them thoroughly before initializing subscription access.
1. Scope of Services
CampusIRIS provides an integrated campus operating system. Registered institutions obtain access keys to modules licensed under subscription agreements:
Institutional Eligibility
Platform registrations must be initialized by authorized representatives of registered educational institutions. Users must verify their role privileges and be at least 18 years old.
2. Account Registration & Access
Registered customers are responsible for governance and permissions configurations across institutional logins:
Credential Protection
Institutions are responsible for protecting access passwords and security keys.
Information Accuracy
Maintain correct profiles, contact registers, and verified roles.
Unique Login Allocation
Each individual user requires unique credentials. Password sharing is strictly prohibited.
Subscription Limits
Access permissions are governed strictly by the quotas and limits defined within your plan.
3. Subscription & Payments
Billing pipelines operate under recurring subscription intervals:
Annual Subscriptions
Access plans operate on an annual billing schedule, invoiced in advance.
GST & Currency
Pricing details are configured in INR, subject to standard statutory GST additions.
Advance Requirements
Subscription access remains active subject to verified advance payment clearance.
Auto-Renewal Rules
Plans renew automatically unless canceled in writing 30 days before interval end.
Refund Exclusions
Cleared subscription payments are non-refundable except under explicit SLA breaches.
Trial Agreements
Promotional sandboxes are subject to separate operational limitations.
4. Data Ownership & IP
Customer Data Ownership
Educational institutions retain complete, exclusive ownership of all student rosters, records, grades, and fee histories processed on the platform. CampusIRIS makes zero claims on institutional data, acting solely as data processor.
CampusIRIS IP Rights
CampusIRIS retains complete ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights over the platform, databases, layout formats, logo assets, and code logic. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable license for institutional use.
5. Acceptable Use
To preserve database integrity and ensure resource availability, users must not engage in prohibited activities:
Misrepresentation of institutional affiliations
Uploading unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Circumventing platform security controls or access barriers
Reverse engineering or copying proprietary platform code
Sublicensing, reselling, or distributing subscription access
System abuse, scraping, or load testing without permission
Unlawful data harvesting of user or student records
Violation of applicable educational, privacy, and local laws
6. Service Obligations
Our engineering team is committed to maintaining high availability and active platform support:

Email and compliance helpdesk support options
Priority ticketing queues for Growth & Enterprise teams
Onboarding assistance and guided system implementation
Continuous platform updates and security maintenance patches
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect proprietary specifications, codebases, pricing models, and student/parent records exchanged under this subscription. Non-public details must not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
8. Suspension & Termination
Contracts can be terminated under standard remediation timelines:

Data Export Grace Period
Upon service termination, CampusIRIS maintains institutional records for a 60-day grace period. Institutions may export available data through standard reporting modules or request engineering migration packages during this window before records are permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
CampusIRIS services are provided on an “as is” basis. Liability limits are restricted to the subscription fees paid by the institution in the preceding 12 months, subject to applicable Indian legal parameters.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a operational or contractual disagreement, both parties agree to follow structured resolution steps:
- Commit to a 30-day informal, good-faith negotiation before escalating.
- Disputes are governed exclusively under the laws of India.
- Agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Noida and Uttar Pradesh state courts.
